I found Owen's perspective very unlike the character in the other books. I wish I hadn't read it, as it really made me dislike him. He seemed unhealthily obsessed with Gin. It was all "Gin this, gin that" but in the last book he told her he didn't know if they could be together? I was gunning for Gin and Phillip but since he's all about Ava, I guess that's out of the realm of possibility.
