On her 20th birthday he broke her heart thinking his actions were in her best interest. Now she's returned with the eyes of a enemy of the club on her. Logan steps in to protect her while admitting that he doesn't want to give her up again. Will they be able to work out their feelings and deal with the new danger surrounding them?. I enjoyed the storyline. Beth goes home to visit family and tries to avoid Logan. They had a past and since Beth moved away she thought she was over Logan who broke her heart. Someone is out to get Beth Logan is determined to protect her and get a second chance. There is lots of drama, suspense, trauma, action, kidnapped, shot at, beaten, and wild steam. I'm glad that Beth and Logan get their second chance. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout for an honest review.

It took awhile for me to get into the book. 1st half of the book concentrated heavily the past & present on hurt feelings. The second half got into the gist of the matter & the suspense got going making the pace faster. Slow start but got better.
