Awesome story. This is Kai's and Jane's story plus Reawakening the Dragon: Part One 5 Stars Resisting your second chance Jane is a reporter who has done good press for the Dragon clans. But she wants to be seen as a serious reporter. She goes undercover on her own to find out more about the Dragon hunters. Kia of Stonefire clan is on a similar mission but when he arrives in a bar possibly frequented by the hunters he see Jane in the middle of them. He and his Dragon want her out and away from danger. Having her cover somewhat blown by Kai, she now insists to work with him as his equal. It's going to get very interesting as the chemistry between them is there. Great installment, well written and very entertaining to read. Looking forward to the next installment of the series. Part 2 5 Stars Breaking down his defenses In this installment Nikki, Kai and Jane are in Tynside looking for Dragon Hunters. There is a kiss between Kai and Jane and then Kai backs off and says it was a mistake. We also find out to what extent the Dragon Hunters want and hate Jane. Someone is injured or shot and they may have blown their chances to find the Carlisle hunters this time. Nikki comes up with an Idea that might help. Very exacting stuff happening. Great installment, well written and very entertaining to read. Part 3 5 Stars Opening up Some of Kai’s past is revealed to Jane and the information just might be what keeps her away from him. But then again we are taking about Jane the stubborn reporter. Jane is put in charge of Kai’s care and the two become closer. Bram decides to try out Nikki’s idea and the planning begins while Kai heals. Things are heating up between the dragonman and the reporter but will it last. Another winning installment that’s well written and very entertaining to read. Part 4 5 Stars Another great installment and end of this series about Kai and Jane Kai is almost healed and just waiting to take Jane the way he and his Dragon want. Kai and Jane are getting along well while Jane keeps him on his toes and brings out a side thought lost. But Jane has some concerns and part of that is that Kai does have a known true mate out there. But he and his dragon don’t care about his true mate that took another to mate with. And then there are the plans to capture some dragon hunters. Awesome ending to this series of books, well written and very entertaining to read.

Kai and Jayen are both determined to find the Carlise Dragon Hunters and what they are up to but if they want to survive the dragon enforcer and the human reporter will have to join forces in this thrilling paranormal romance. The attraction between Kai and Jayne heats up the pages and threatens the investigation and the reader can’t help but get drawn into the story as they try to protect the clan and each other. These strong captivating characters grab the reader’s attention from the very beginning while they strive to overcome some emotional issues and their ambitions while the fast paced, smooth flowing plot thrills readers with lots of suspense, action and romance. Spine tingling expectation builds lots of excitement throughout the story as Jayne and Kai take on the task of ridding the clan of the dragon hunter menace once and for all, with some differing ideas causing quite a few heated encounters and flying sparks with Jayne adding some additional anticipation building tension when a couple of her ideas cause a bit of conflict within as well. The well written scenes and details capture the imagination while the excitement continues to guarantee that there is never a dull moment in this exhilarating series. Once again, the Dragons of Stonefire have completely bewitched me with their charm and passion while their stories capture my heart and I can’t wait to read the next one.

I loved all the dragon shifter books! I'm impatient, now, to read Nikki and Rafe's story and I would love to see a happily ever after for Dr. Sid. Keep them coming!!
