 But when they encounter the killer in the twilight, can they escape in the nick of time? Or will this be their last Christmas?

Christmas Claws was so much fun- a Christmas play at the local church, with a celebrity cat in the role of Mrs. Claus. Our heroine, Lauren, is up to her eye in a murder mystery and it all ends with a wondrous surprise. This was such a hopeful book that it lifted my spririts.

to be fair I only read a few pages in. It was just too unrealistic for me.

This book was a fun cozy mystery that took place during the Christmas holiday. The characters were believable and book was page turning easy read.

Jinty James grew up reading Enid Blyton's Famous Five and Secret Seven mysteries, as well as all the Nancy Drew and Trixie Belden books. Later on, she graduated to mysteries written by Agatha Christie, Elizabeth Peters, and many other authors.
