I loved this story and the characters!!! It is the second story in the authors "Kingsland Ranch" series featuring the Kingsland brothers. This one is about Levi and Kendra. These two share a night and then things blow up no he needs her. I love how their story develops from beginning to end. Can we say communication is key! I look forward to reading more about the Kingsland brothers.

I really liked Levi in this book. I couldn’t help but feel my heart break for him just a little over how he’d been raised and what he’d been taught. After learning that, I wasn’t surprised by his fumble during the critical moment. Now, I’m a sucker for a second chance, but I wasn’t quite as charmed by his heroine. I completely understand that Kendra’s got some serious parental baggage she needed to unpack, but the cause of their rift seemed like such a simple misunderstanding that should never h
