Key signatures for the songs are in a comfortable range suitable for the beginning Clarinet player. This songbook is an ideal supplement to any elementary Clarinet Method book. Most of the songs are appropriate for performance at concerts, recitals, and contests. Private teachers will assign one or two of the songs from this book at each lesson. The songs will help the beginning Clarinet student to develop fingering technique, rhythm reading ability, and confidence.

I purchased this book to provide some easy repertoire for my students. However, after purchasing online I am not able to print the music. It does no good for me or my students with the music just sitting on my computer. For that I give it 1 star--or less if I could. I feel as though my money was stolen from me.

Joe Maroni was a graduate of Youngstown State University, where he received his bachelor's degree in music education and master's degrees in secondary administration and elementary education. He taught music at public schools and gave private music lessons. He also was the owner of the Neapolitan Music Co. and was a professional performing musician. Joe has authored 34 books relating to music.
