This book has shown me just how wrong I've been looking at healthy eating. It's great to see the passion for health and wellbeing in every page and the meals are amazing.

Enjoying this book and Joe makes it feel so achievable so far i feel totally motivated and have the book to go back to if I'm feeling a little defeated by it all great book great buy highly recommend
