Good resource for FASTING and praying. This isn't a how to on fasting. It is a spiritual resource to believers seeking the benefits of hearing from the Lord. I highly recommend it if you wish to use fasting and prayer to target a specific spiritual area in life, family, or ministry.

I have not read the book yet but I have read his other books so I know this is going to help me in my spiritual growth.
