From up here on stage, I can see her. Even with her First Lady hair and Sunday school shoes, I can’t take my eyes off of her. 

The music starts. I swing my hips to the thumping bass. Oh, so slowly I slip one button through a hole, then another, then another. I ease the black silk from my shoulders and toss it right toward her. 

I watch her pale glossy lips form a big ‘O’ before she catches it like a major league baller. The flashing lights blind me. Between beats, I can see her blue eyes zeroed in below my waist.  

I know what she wants. I give it to her. With a zip and a tug, the leather pants join the rest of my clothes. In my skin tight briefs, I dance just for her. With the last chord of the song, the stage goes dark.  

I know when the lights come up again, another guy will be dancing in my place because this is my last time. I’m not doing this ever again. It’s too bad I didn’t get her name. I really liked that shirt. But not enough to go back and claim it.  

If she wants me bad enough, she’ll have to find me.

A very interesting, well-written page-turner that will hold your interest until the very end. The plot is well-developed, consistent, realistic, exciting. It will take you on a roller coaster of heart wrenching emotions, growing up, ups and downs, and other drama. The characters Daisy and Raphael balance each other perfectly – though it took them a while to figure it out. The chemistry between them is potent and undeniable. This is not a quick read and in my opinion it would have benefitted greatly if an epilogue was included. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Daisy is fed up of been hit on by men after all she knows from her job as a porn site manager that men are after only one thing. So when she and her friend want to go out for a drink they head to a gay bar as they figure they will be safe there. They are joined at their table by three men one of them is Rafe When Rafe gets up to dance he just about ends up naked Shortly after the girls leave and Daisy is surprised when the bouncer gives her a not from Rafe Seems that Rafe isn't gay at all and he is interested Can he convince Daisy that he wants more than meaningless sex Can he breach her walls You will need to read to see. I had problems connecting with Rafe and Daisy they are supposed to be in theor thirties but they both came across as childish

I liked this book a lot. I will not give the synopsis since you can read the blurb and others give more detail but I definitely recommend! The chemistry, sexiness, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things very interesting. I cannot wait to read more by this author. Definitely worth your time!
