About the author
Jon Chasteen serves as the lead pastor of Victory Church, a growing multisite church with campuses in Oklahoma and Texas. He received a doctorate in university administration, which provided the foundation for his 12-year career in higher education. Jon hosts the biweekly podcast ReLeader with Dr. Jon Chasteen on the XL Podcast Network.
