About this ebook

His country or his wife?

This time, he can’t save both.

Federal Air Marshal Reese Donovan walked away from the woman he loved to protect the country he swore to serve. But when his estranged wife, Verity, survives a deadly bombing—and wakes up believing they’re still together—Reese is thrust into the most dangerous mission of his life.

The next attack is imminent.

The enemy is closing in.

And Verity is caught in the crosshairs.

Now, to keep her breathing, Reese must hide the truth, play the devoted husband she believes he still is—and rely on a security team he barely trusts.

As threats close in and the clock ticks down, he’s faced with an impossible choice:

Stop a terrorist.

Or save the only woman he’s ever loved.

Reese and Verity have been separated for a year now. He is an air Marshall and she's a explosive expert. An explosion has left her with selective amnesia and she still thinks they're married. There is a bomb that is set to detonate via remote access but they need her memory to come back so she can disable it. These two still loves the other but taking care of the threat is first priority. Healing old wounds and communicating is what it's going to take to get their HEA.I received an advance revie

Wow! Nonstop action throughout this story, with lots of suspense and intrigue! Did not see the end coming, I usually have an idea but not this time! Characters had lots of depth, there was a lot going on emotionally and spiritually with the two main characters. I loved the growth there, both individually and as a couple. A very well written book. I really enjoyed this story and definitely recommend it!! I received an advance review copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Fast paced ride. You just knew this was going to come back and bite Reese in the butt and when it did, and we see Verity in the woods, I was there beside her. There is a lot of suspense, fast paced, secrets, and so much more. Questions to be asked and answered in subsequent books. I am all in for this ride. I was not a fan of how the explosion occurred, and I did not rate on that. Thank you for the advanced copy. I freely share my honest thoughts and opinions. #CollisionCourse #HightowerSecur

About the author

Falling in love shouldn’t be this dangerous—but Jorgia Yates wouldn’t have it any other way.

She writes Christian Romantic Suspense with protective heroes, courageous heroines, and a faith that holds strong when everything else falls apart.

Jorgia married her teenage sweetheart (after a very awkward meet-cute in the 90s), and together they’re raising two amazing children on the spectrum.

Living with chronic illness means her world is a little smaller—but her imagination is anything but. So while real life includes rest, resilience, and lots of grace, her characters chase danger, dodge bullets, and fall hard for the kind of love that protects—body and soul.
