Ratings and reviews

While I have always previously enjoyed her books, in this book, her main male character is an abuser who rapes the leading lady. If I wanted that type of scene in my mind, I'd watch Law and Order SVU, not read what is supposed to be a romance novel. There is nothing romantic about abuse. I wouldn't recommend this book to anyone.

I have read this book so many times and never get bored. The 2 leads sync perfectly with each other. Jason learns to love & trust again. Watching the 2 fall in love not only makes your heart melt, but also has you laughing out loud.

As always Ms. McNaught doesn't disappoint. Character's are believable, mysterious, fallible.
