Im zweiten Kapitel werden die vier großen Heuristiken der Urteilsbildung erläutert, wobei der Fokus auf der Anker- und Anpassungsheuristik liegt. Am Ende dieser Arbeit, werden relevante Aspekte, in der Zusammenfassung noch einmal kurz aufgeführt.
