I finished chapter 1. Definitely better than E L James but the prose is wooden and the dialogue too on the nose. EDIT: The early clumsiness seems to be more a stylistic choice. As it goes on, the prose becomes much more flushed out and the dialogue very unique to each character. It's fun - the characters and story very much starting out as uncomfortable strangers then both becoming increasingly familiar and personal. The style itself the backbone to the story. Very good!
