About this ebook

Second chances burn hotter

The assignment should be a fashion stylist’s dream. Dane Scotland—brilliant programmer, millionaire, partner in my brother’s company—is going to a big-money meeting, and he needs to look the part.

The problem? Dane doesn’t want a makeover. He’s grumpy and reclusive, and his wardrobe consists of two pairs of old jeans. He doesn’t want me anywhere near him.

Did I mention that he’s my brother’s best friend? And that no one knows exactly what Dane and I got up to ten years ago?

The nerd I knew is gone—Dane ditched his glasses and bulked up. Now he’s six-foot-plus of hot genius, but I can be professional. I can definitely keep my hands off him. Again.

But when he looks at me like he used to, like no one else ever has, the only thing I want is to lose control.

Dane and I gave each other our first taste of heartbreak. Are we destined for another round?

4.5 Star Review of Sexy As Sin (Filthy Rich #2) by Julie Kriss Julie Kriss is a new author to me and I have no idea why that is. A second chance at love story that ticked the boxes for me and is Dane and Ava’s story. Although book 2, I had no trouble reading this story, although I think you may get more enjoyment if you read book 1, Filthy Rich, first. From the start Dane intrigued me, maybe it’s the geek side of him, but he sounded like he would be a challenge, as well as being hot as sin. Add in the fact that he is the best friend and business partner of Ava’s brother and that Ava and Dane have history and you know it will get complicated. Fashionista Ava,is tasked by her brother to re invent Dane’s image, although she is shocked by how much he has changed in the years since she last saw him. The characters are well developed and easy to relate too and I enjoyed the banter and friendship not only between the men but also Ava and Dane. Complicated by their past history, the chemistry sizzles but will their past impact their blossoming relationship? This was a heartwarming story about two people who get the chance to reconnect and find that the attraction still burns brightly. I was cheering for them to get their happily ever after.

Sexy as Sin by Julie Kriss is the second book in her Filthy Rich series. An interconnected standalone romance that focuses on Ava, the younger sister to the main character in book one, Filthy Rich and his business partner and best friend, the rugged tech genius, Dane. Told in dual POV and complete with a happily ever after, the story of their shared past and well-kept secrets combined with their current attraction and the entanglement of the business partnership and the fact that he is basically banging his best friends little sister... This book was explosive. Julie Kriss is a brand new favorite author of mine and this did NOT disappoint. Loved it! Enjoy!

Heat and heart go hand in hand, each time Julie Kriss is pulling the strings. Sexy as Sin is for every heart that has lived with regret and hoped for a second chance. Dane is the endearingly, geeky smart ***. Ava is the brutally honest, bane of his existence that never quite gave back the key to his heart. Kriss proves she has what it takes to not only break a heart, but piece them back together long after the damage has been done.
