Gripping, heart-rending romantic suspense Madeline is the BAU agent assigned to lead the investigation to find Jackson's kidnapped daughter, Emma. The romance that builds along the way is deliciously steamy and intense, nearly overshadowed by the intensity of the search to rescue Emma before it's too late. Jackson is no bystander in his story; his insights are integral to the case and I loved the way these two worked together. I was drawn into this story right from the start and I couldn't put it down until I got to the stunning and triumphant conclusion. I loved every bit of this story and highly recommend it for any reader who loves action and intrigue alongside the romance. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
