I really enjoyed this book. It pulled me in from beginning to end and held my attention the entire time. I loved the characters and watching them come together and figure things out. Jessica is strong and independent and makes Hayes work for it, in the best of ways. I loved her spirit and also loved the fact that Hayes appreciated it about her. This story was well written and while on the shorter side, nothing felt rushed or missing. I really enjoyed this one and had a lot of fun reading it.

This is Hayes and Jessica’s story, and it is complicated. When Jessica has a first date that turns out badly, the last person she expects to ride in and save her is her ex-boss Hayes. The connection between them is strong and becomes impossible to ignore. Will Jessica be prepared to take a chance on Hayes, or will she be too concerned with what others think? Hayes and Jessica’s story is a really good story Jessica was an independent and strong woman and Hayes was a grumpy billionaire. I enjoyed their interactions, and how their relationship came along. I volunteered to read for my honesty
