I really enjoyed this book about Thomas and Katie. Thomas Hastings was built just like his brother. He was in a life that could be filled with danger and secrets. When he met Katie, or Katheryn, her real name, he was immediately enthralled. The was a math prodigy and loved numbers, like himself, but was sheltered and innocent. They spent some time together, but Thomas felt like she deserved to not be brought into a life like his. However, Katie knew there was darkness in him past and didn't care, nor would she give up on him. This story was enthralling and thrilling. I kept wondering what would happen once Thomas became Katie's bodyguard. There were plenty of secrets uncovered and the book left me anticipating what would happen next. I definitely recommend this read to anyone who loves thrilling romances. I received a review copy of this story and am leaving a voluntary honest review.

No Spoilers Thomas and Katie are both mathematically gifted but that is where their similarities end A chance meeting leads to a whirlwind romance that will test Thomas' control while allowing Katie the chance to explore her more "sensual" side This is an age gap romance that has an unforeseen twist - I am not telling because I was truly surprised I enjoyed the characters though there were a couple of areas I would have liked a bit more detail, background But that is me

This was hot, intriguing, mysterious, and fun to read. I loved Thomas and Katie and while they had their differences, they worked well together and were more alike than they realized. A little forbidden romance and I love that he hadn't been with anyone else before her.
