As a fan of Ms. Rudolph’s, I was curious about a book that wasn’t a Sci Fi-romance. I was not disappointed. The characters of Gold and Adam are wonderfully written and I felt an empathy for them from the very beginning. This story is refreshingly different from most vampire boyfriend stories that I have read. There is also the question of how they were going to find their happy ever after. I thought it was a great resolution at the end. No spoilers here. It was a page turner for me and kept me up much later than I usually am. A great read. I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

Really enjoyed this, a little different but a good read. Adversaries Gold (huntress) and Adam (reformed vamp) meet on a fighting, hunting night and they are drawn to each other. Gold tries to fight the pull, but things happen for a reason and fate is tricksy. They end up joining forces to fight an evil that is hunting and hurting humans. When that evil attacks Holds family, all bets are off for Adam and he puts himself in mortal danger to save Gold and her family.

I enjoyed the forbidden paranormal story!. It's a fairly quick read with action, mystery, suspense, angst, danger and passion. This is a fast paced read about a vampire hunter and a reformed vampire. It's a very addictive read that sucked me in. Marigold and Adam are drawn together but are suppose to be enemies. All of sudden marks appear on both of them. What does this mean? I love the characters!
