In A New York Minute was such a surprise to me - in the best way ever! It was such a delightful book! Franny is having the worst day possible. She loses her job, then gets on the subway and manages to get her dress caught in the door and it rips right down the back! Thankfully, some good Samaritans come to her rescue, one of which happens to be a handsome man in a suit, Hayes, who offers her his coat. Their meet cute goes viral and as fate would have it, they keep getting brought back into one another's orbit even though they are as opposite as the day is long! Will they end up as friends or more? Or will their viral moment eventually fizzle out? This was such an enjoyable story and the supporting characters were the best. Franny's friends Cleo and Lola, along with Hayes colleague Eleanor gave both Franny and Hayes great sounding boards and they were wonderful support systems for them as well. It was fully of witty banter, emotion and fun. I would highly recommend this one and I'll definitely be checking out future Kate Spencer offerings!
