I have to say this before I say anything else, as much as I dearly enjoy Ms. Barton's books, I hate these small eight-chapter books. I always feel like I'm being cheated when things come at with hard and fast with a bunch of new names. I truly wish, hint, hint Ms. Barton, that she would go back to her old style of writing when there were descriptions that painted pictures and evoked emotions while causing butterflies in my stomach and chill bumps to run down my arms or legs. Ok, I'll step down f
