Kay Biesel, Dipl. Sozialarbeiter/Sozialpädagoge, promoviert derzeit an der FU Berlin. Daneben arbeitet er als Fachkraft für Dialogisches Coaching und Konfliktmanagement und als Lehrbeauftragter an der Alice-Salomon-Hochschule Berlin. Er ist Geschäftsführer des Vereins Jugendwerkstatt Hönow e.V.
