Put it this way. I usually just read the free books and move on not bothering about the rest of the series unless it's free or just a couple of dollars. THIS series I have been spending dollars on the credit card that I really shouldn't have, as well as got very little done because I've binge read books #2 & #3...and have borrowed from the rates account for a couple of days so I could buy book #4 and read it tonight. Superbly written. Bloody funny. And I'm finally absorbing some Norse gods mythology at last instead of it going in and straight back out of my head again. it's been rewritten with such a great story that I think this time the stories and characters might actual stick. Top marks to a very talented, imaginative author.

This book was just as amazing as the first! While I loved these characters in the first book they really flourished in the second and I love them even more! There are additions of awesome new characters as well. My new favorite, the little gangster hummingbird, Muninn. I feel like he and I would be great friends. This series is a must read!
