Amazing read. Eating disorder is a serious ailment the society often ignores. Thank you for shedding more light into how we can all control our impulses and how no one is in bondage. With guides like this you don't need to struggle with willpower in accounting for what you eat and in curbing unhealthy eating habits. I'm a work-in-progress but the changes I'm experiencing is very notable.
