Kirsten Heisig, geb. 1961, verstarb Ende Juni 2010 in Berlin. Sie war Jugendrichterin, das von ihr wesentlich initiierte sog. »Neuköllner Modell« zeichnet sich vor allem aus durch Prävention, Abschreckung, Konsequenz und Schnelligkeit.
