And you can just see all the spoilers in the cover background...Best series! I'm a Bakugo and Todoroki fan hehe hehe the stroryline is really unique even for the first volume. So, storyline good, art good, but character design... overly eccentric. Very wacky.

In a world where most of humanity is gifted with special powers called "Quirks", Izuku Midoriya, a young boy with no Quirk at all, dreams of becoming like the world's most famous hero, All Might. One day, All Might himself approaches Izuku and gives him the opportunity to become the hero he always envisioned, by sharing with the boy the powers of his own Quirk, "One for All", and enrolling him into the Yūei High School for heroes in training. Once enrolled, we follow Midoriya’s journey in becoming the world's greatest hero, making this a story you will not soon forget. BNHA's unique blend of American and Japanese tropes and styles made this a far more refreshing and interesting read. From the major character development, engaging content and overall storyline, it became more than apparent as I read along why readers are so drawn to this manga series. I will strongly advise picking this volume up as it is a great introductory piece to the manga and anime series. It will allow you as the reader to know the origins of Midoriya, his lack of powers, why he wants to become the next All Might and what led him to be the strong, inspiring superhero he has always dreamt of becoming.

Im a Avid watcher of the MHA anime, so i decided to read the manga since its only 6.99 for the english version. It was able to get me to say out loud "Go Deku!" But after reading, i was disappointed to only find stuff relative to the anime, and not anything extra added to this first issue. I was expecting episodes 1-4 with some extra in between but the closest i got to that is the transition between chapters that say the way the characters were made. I was happy to read this anyways!
