The book is badly edited, ridden with fundamental flaws, some of them are quite serious. If you are not vigilant enough to spot these factual mishaps, you could be in for a rude shock and most certainly won't make it through the accreditation. I suggest use the book's TOC as a check list and refer to the GCP docs instead.
