This brought out all the feels in me! I should have been prepared, I know this authour can reach deep into your soul, but I wasn’t, and along with the laughs, the tears nearly broke me at times. Finnie and Frey couldn’t have been more unevenly matched, but being with them as they sorted through things, that was simply perfect. This is fantasy, it is the fantastical series, after all, but it is beyond that. It is real life in a setting that is made up of the stuff of dreams. There is heartache, there is fun, there is love, there are enemies, and there are two people who fall so deeply in love with each other, nothing, not even themselves, can keep them apart <3

Although this is not her best I stillliked it a lot. It could've used a better ending, knowing if she had a son or daughter would have been nice.

Exactly what I was looking for. A very intense romance story. it took me awhile to get used to the lack of commas and somewhat odd punctuation in the beginning of the book, but it was definitely worth the read.

About the author

Kristen Ashley grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana but has lived in Denver, Colorado and the West Country of England. Thus she has been blessed to have friends and family around the globe. Her posse is loopy (to say the least) but loopy is good when you want to write.

Kristen was raised in a house with a large and multi-generational family. They lived on a very small farm in a small town in the heartland and existed amongst the strains of Glenn Miller, The Everly Brothers, REO Speedwagon and Whitesnake (and the wardrobes that matched).

Needless to say, growing up in a house full of music, clothes and love was a good way to grow up.

And as she keeps growing up, it keeps getting better.
