Even though I'm not Muslim, that's not what this book is about. I absolutely loved the concept of this book yes it's happened before but the execution is what blows me away, although it didn't get too far into the Muslim areas with intricate details, I still liked the religious partiality of this book, but I like how instead of a kid coming to gay terms it's about an older more mature character who has to to come to terms with the change in his life and what his religion is to him and the ones around him.

A truly emotional and enrapturing drama. I couldn't help but read this whole story in less than two days. Solid characters and motivations, with an alluring hook.

 Kyell Gold has won twelve Ursa Major awards for his stories and novels, and his acclaimed novel "Out of Position" co-won the Rainbow Award for Best Gay Novel of 2009. His novel "Green Fairy" was nominated for inclusion in the ALA's "Over the Rainbow" list for 2012. He helped create RAWR, the first residential furry writing workshop, and was one of the instructors at its first session in 2016.
