この電子書籍について

This is a book of extensive legal research, based on a true story, unearthing just how afoul of integrity our federal government has run. It is a step by step explanation of how the Washington and the U.S. Supreme courts deliberately and strategically averted the appellate procedure, so that states could keep grandparents’ “rights” statutes on their lawbooks, which deprive fit parents of due process.

It gives a full synopsis of the plight Kyung Trotter suffered at the receiving end of a process set up to for fit parents against grandparents to fail.

It describes the impenetrable wall of judicial cohesion she went up against in Georgia, which exists to protect this state’s unconstitutional grandparents’ “rights” statute O.C.G.A. § 19-7-1(b.1) and its scheme for sale to grandparents, so that they may meet the statute’s so-called burden of proof, by way of The Uniform Superior Court Rule 24.9.4. This wall included countless unethical events such as the Georgia Attorney General representing the judge who took Ms. Trotter’s child, although he was sued in his individual capacity, a magistrate a federal judge and federal justices either usurping their authorities or refusing to exercise their authorities at all, in order to evade everything Ms. Trotter filed and asserted and a multitude of other inconceivable tactics by the lawyers involved such as the firm that the judge used to work for, representing the grandparents at all levels of adjudication, even though they were defendants in Ms. Trotters 42 U.S.C. § 1983 themselves- inter much alia.

My name is Kyung Lee Trotter. I served my country for nine years and was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. In return for my service, my child was taken from me under state, unconstitutional, grandparents “rights” statutes- not once- but twice.

After fighting the corrupt judicial system of the state of Georgia, to restore my constitutional parental rights to no avail, I “regrouped” and begin to dig deeper. I took the extensive legal knowledge I naturally acquired from having to fight judges, justices, the Georgia Attorney General and a multitude of lawyers, at every judicial level, and discovered the source of how states are willfully depriving the Fourteenth Amendment rights of fit parents, in disputes against grandparents and other third party relatives. The source of such an egregious, strategically orchestrated, devastation of sixteen years of lives of children and their good parents, is our very own highest court of the land. The United States Supreme Court.
