Pedro Abraham Valdelomar Pinto, también conocido como el Conde de Lemos, fue un narrador, poeta, periodista, dibujante y ensayista. Es considerado uno de los principales cuentistas del Perú y uno de los forjadores más importantes de la literatura latinoamericana.
