Learning a foreign language is always a challenge, as Language Mastery points out in their helpful introduction: this is an easy and positive way to progress with your grasp of Spanish.

Dont expect to pick this up as a beginner and learn Spanish. When the book mentions Beginner, they mean about A2 CEFL. And dont expect riveting stories - you're learning a new language! Follow the instructions anď each time you review the story, new details emerge until you wonder why you ever struggled. This is what makes the stories addictive - you know a 2nd and 3rd reading will reveal a deeper understanding of the plot. Highly recommended.

I started learning Spanish some time ago and I discovered that I learn well through the stories. This book is great in a way that I can read and listen to the simple stories in Spanish, learn the vocabulary and grammar at the same time. It’s a great and natural way to learn the language. I suggest you buy the audiobook version too. Listening to the stories also helps me with the pronunciation.
