About this ebook

Heading underground leads Ani to discover more about herself than she thought possible.

Having been assigned to the catacombs under London, Ani finds that damp and poor embalming conditions have led to a lot of the coffins and bodies being in a state of disrepair.

As the team working in the catacombs do their best to undo the worst of the damage, Ani finds herself questioning the conditions of the poorest burials in London, and what she can do to make them better.

Despite the odds, she's determined to find a solution that pleases herself, Anubis, and the temple as a whole.

Ani and Nik are enjoying having their own home with Matai as a married couple. When Ani is addigned to work in the catacombs that run under London, she is shocked at the prro conditions of some of the bodies help there. Will she be able to help at all before she is sent to Paris? I reqally enjoy the characters and story lines in this series!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Saving the dead! Ani has a new assignment. A small temple has asked for her help in the catacombs but when she arrives the problem is more serious than she could have imagined. She and Nik will do whatever they can to save the dead’s future in Duat. I enjoyed this book and also learning more about the gods of Egypt and the culture of the dead. I received a free copy but my review is honest and voluntary.

I've probably said this about every book in this series, but here goes, these books just keep getting better! I absolutely adore Ani, Nik, and of course Matia. All of the characters are wonderfully written and engaging, but those three are my favorites. A little bit of magic, romance, and there is always a surprise or two. I loved this book!
