But Lola won’t mate when Rachel cannot! Torn between loyalty to her best friend and to the pressing need to seek her mates, she chooses to ignore the search for her mates and instead, as an avid gamer, heads to a gaming tournament for distraction. She had hidden her mating mark with a tattoo, yet it did not let her ignore the three fellow gamer guys at the tournament that smelled so delicious to her. Apparently Lola has found her three mates and is having a hard time fighting her instincts -- she cannot avoid the mating and must allow her destiny to be fulfilled. But this mating bond is very different. Her relationships deepen yet this isn't going to turn out to be the anticipated “foursome” expected among the fire dragons. This trilogy is interesting. There are some steamy scenes but no details. Although there is some social commentary threaded throughout it doesn’t seem preachy. Lola isn’t looking for her mates but she finds them anyway. There were times I laughed out loud and times that made me smile. Over the course of the three books we get to know Lola and all her mates pretty well. I am a fan of both authors and this trilogy is up to snuff. There were some formatting errors but not enough to keep me from enjoying the book. I received a free copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

This three book series is about a dragon named Lola who meets her dragon mates in the first book Fifth Soul, goes to a major gaming competition in Spain with all of her mates in Fifth Round, and in the third book in the series Fifth Flame, Lola fights to have her and her mates unique mating be accepted by the members of the fire dragons. This series is a wonderful three books that have an important moral to teach that everyone is not the same and that everyone should have the right to be who they are and love who they want. I loved reading every book in this series. They made for a sweet uplifting read that anyone who enjoys a reverse harem romance will love. Renegade Dragons: The Complete Trilogy is an entertaining reverse harem romance series.
