About this ebook

Top three reasons why sleeping with the enemy is a bad idea...

1. She’s my fiercest rival.

2. She’s also my fiery ex.

3. We’re going up against each other in a stiff competition to win the hottest new client on the market.

And yet, I’d like to be up against the wall in a stiff competition to get her to call out my name.

Time to double down on my resistance to her tough-as-nails, take-no-prisoners, sexy-as-sin attitude. The same attitude that I find irresistible.

That’s the big problem, because in this race to nab the client I run into Haven in the hotel, on the beach, in the guest quarters late at night.

Hate sex would be a terrible idea.

Except, it’s the complete opposite, and now we can’t keep our hands off each other.

Trouble is, I’m not so sure it’s hate I’m feeling anymore.

And that’s the biggest reason sleeping with the enemy you’re falling for is a bad idea -- my job literally depends on never letting her into my heart.

Overnight Service had so many of my favorite tropes! There's the delicious Enemies to Lovers and the sweet Second Chance, and even some forced proximity and workplace romance thrown in for good measure. You really can't go wrong with a Lauren Blakely romcom! I loved Haven and Josh and how intelligent, driven, and passionate they were in their jobs and in their lives. They had fantastic chemistry and the sparks really fly with these two. I loved watching them go head to head and each giving as good as they got. Haven is a force to be reckoned with and is definitely one of my favorite Blakely heroines. One of my favorite things about Overnight Service is that there is no other man or woman drama at all. Josh and Haven only have eyes for each other and even though this is a second chance romance, I appreciated that the separation wasn't filled with meaningless hookups for either of them. I did feel that the conflict and resolution was a little too convenient/overly sweet, but the epilogue was perfect for them. Blakely always treats her fans to lots of crossovers and easter eggs, and I loved the little nods and mentions of previous characters/businesses. A little family tree/character map would definitely come in handy though! Blakely is also the best at setting the stage for future books and I'm very excited to get a little time with Vaughn and Josh's sister, Quinn, in Special Delivery. A book for Josh's other sister, Amy, is also on the horizon and is called Asking For a Friend. Overall, this was a really sexy and entertaining read. *I voluntarily read an advance review copy of this book*

**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review** Overnight Service is the fourth book in Lauren Blakely's Always Satisfied series, but if you haven't read the other books in the series, you can read this one as a standalone and not have missed anything. Josh and Haven are both sports agents and to say they are competitive is an understatement. They are bitter rivals when it comes to work, but the attraction between the two of them is absolutely off the charts. So much so they had a short fling over a year ago, but it ended before it really began. Now the two are competing for the same clients and the more time they spend around one another, it's clear the attraction is still there, yet they have to figure out how to work with one another without killing each other as they fight that attraction. After a night of the hottest sex either of them has experienced, things change between them. Feelings are beginning to really take root and there are questions about what in life is most important. What will happen if these two give into their feelings and see what might be between them? Just like any other Lauren Blakely book, this is full of great banter, hot sexy times, a strong heroine and a swoonworthy hero. I really liked Haven and Josh as individuals and as a couple. I have to say I'm really looking forward to Special Delivery, the next book in this series!

What a fun and flirty enemies to romance story! Josh and Haven are fierce rivals as sports agents. He has a background in Law, she was an Olympian athlete who knows a thing or two about staying focused on what you want. At one point they worked for the same firm, but things got complicated, and feelings came into play. So I suppose you can also rate this as a second chance romance too. I loved the way Josh's mind thinks. He is not that full of himself that he can't take a good joke. And he gave as good as he got too with Haven and well as his siblings and friends. He is that guy you want as your best bud. Haven was just as dedicated to her job as Josh, but she had to go one step more as she was in a male dominated world. She could hold her own, as she was feisty and gutsy making sure she won over her deals. But what I loved most about them was deep down, they both just couldn't get enough of each other and it showed in their feelings. The banter was amazing, which is true of Blakely's style, and the epilogue gives you a contented and satisfied feel. Great addition to this series.
