This is a really good idea. Although I enjoyed "Amethyst", I know people who might be put off by some of its content - not that it's at all unusual as romance novels currently go, but that's exactly the issue. Writing a 'sweet and clean' version can only widen your market. :)

Great Clean Read! I have the steamy version (Amethyst) but have not read it yet. I do love a Sweet, Clean, HEA, Romance Read, and this was one that I really enjoyed. I would love to read the next books in The Chase Family series by Devon to see what else happens in this Fun Family's Life and with the other characters and hopefully hear some more about Amethyst and Colin. This book does have 80 chapters, which might make it seem longer but it is actually about 140 pages shorter than Amethyst. I just hope that nothing informative was left out and it was just shorter because Lauren expanded on the steamy parts and they took longer. I'd recommend this book for anyone who loves A Clean Romance and Yes! everyone you can still be an Adult and prefer Sweet & Clean Reads, you do not have to be a teenager or of a younger age to enjoy this story. I received a free review copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Amethyst Goldsmith and Lord Greystone live in different worlds. She is a simple merchant's daughter and he is a titled nobleman. It is impossible for them to be together. No matter what their mutual attraction tells them. So when Amy is orphaned in the fire of London and Colin rescues her and nine other children, they try not to fall in love...and fail. I love the way the author swings through the tale. Despite it being the sweet version of the book, there is enough meat in the main story to make it in interesting read. I really enjoyed reading the book and if you enjoy historical romances, you will too. I received a free copy of the ebook for an honest opinion.
