The second book in the "Secret Lives of the Ton Series" by author Laurie Benson. The Duke and Duchess of Winterbourne have been estranged for the last five years. Gabriel the Duke of Winterbourne is keeping secrets from his wife Oliva. Olivia decides she wants a second child and so they agree to a temporary reconciliation. I loved watching our hero and heroine try to reconcile and for all the secrets to finally be revealed! This was an excellent second chance romance story with a little added suspense and intrigue on the side. The secondary characters as in all Ms. Benson's books are well developed and they bring extra life into the story with humor, great personalities, and dialogue. Definitely another keeper!
