I've started memorizing license plates forever as a small child, but now it's my states penal codes, I know all so well ,it makes policemen question me as to what I do for a living? Funny because they are suspose to know theirs so I thought? LOL really makes them back off & say have a nice day instead. I love it when I site codes & watch peoples reactions..& I know the difference between A OR B charges I have always kept up each year for our new laws. Changes etc..love our penal Codes Books.♡
