As much as I love Leah Brooke's work I was slightly disappointed with this one, the previous Desire instalments were more exciting. Not much happening with the villain as what I expected. Twenty chapters of the heroine being indecisive (and a little too whiney for my taste) and than bam in the last chapter the villain makes his move, the heroine finally declares her love and they get married. All in the final chapter. The only thing that kept me reading was the hope that soon something else would happen...........

Good read but not as intense as the other books. Could have been a little better
