Ratings and reviews

The author is too free with his translation such that it does not help with learning Italian. The English translation is sometimes far from what the Italian actually says. Also it is a very tedious story.

Found it really helpful to read Italian as well as English. As a learner in my 20's, it was easy to keep up with the very basic plot and words used were understandable. I can see this also being good for children who are learning another language.
