I had figured it out by halfway, so pretty good for a mystery. Too much unnecessary swearing and stuff that was less gritty and more trying to be. Not compelled to read the next one in the series but finished it at least.

I really enjoyed this book. It was a good story, well written, I liked all the characters and it had a sad, but good ending.

Fantastic read...couldn't put the book down.

About the author

Lee Weeks was born in Devon. She left school at seventeen and, armed with a notebook and very little cash, spent seven years working her way around Europe and South East Asia. She returned to settle in London, marry and raise two children. She has worked as an English teacher and personal fitness trainer. Her books have been Sunday Times bestsellers. She now lives in Devon.
