I actually really enjoyed this book. The references to underage drinking and dropping out of school were not great but this book will really appeal to boys as well as girls. Lots of action and suspense. The good vs evil storyline was strong and the hero of the story wanted to be a good guy. I liked it very much. 9/10

Tom Sniegoski has worked in the comic book field for several years. He is the author of the Fallen books, recently made into a TV movie for the ABC Family Channel, and of the Sleeper series. He is also the author of the Owlboy series for Yearling. He lives in Stoughton, Massachusetts
