"THIS BOOK places before general historians the results of a legal approach to some of the most famous statutes of Edward I - notably Mortmain, Ce Donis, the statutes of Merchants, Quia Emptores and Quo Warranto - with illustrations of their practical working from cases reported in the Year Books.
