Ratings and reviews

As an alien/human love story it was okay. It focused more on the sister's relationship than the romance. The conflict and resolution arc seemed rushed and unfinished. I'm guessing it will be summed up further in the next installment. On an editing/personal note, I could do w/ 2/3 less of the sisters sticking their tongues out at each other and calling each other 'bish'. It became so distracting and annoying; it just took me out of the story each time.

Maybe it is because I am reading this book before reading the first 2 but the story line is not working for me when other alien books have . (Did not finish the book) And I am not a person that just throws out bad language when geeting friends and family , or in a jokeing conversation. So reading it in a book,no thank you.

I enjoyed the book. It is different and unusual to what I usually read. I'm interested enough to read the other books.
