Highly entertaining, emotionally gripping and fascinating journey filled with interesting people and locations that transport you to another place. Looking forward to more from this set of charters in this promising beginning to this series. Elena is a woman who has a true artist heart, loved her view on the world around her and the people she encounters on her voyage so far from home. Her best friend was fun and sassy I just adored her. Sheikh Asim is desperate to avoid an arranged marriage to a business minded woman his mother has selected for him. A chance encounter a cafe brings them together and starts a bargain to try and convince his mother to change her mind. Sparks fly from the first glance and the heat just intensify as they get to know more about each other. The only disappointment was how rushed the ending felt but other than that was a very engaging read.

With Asim and Elena, Ms. North veered off course. Normally she sets out to seduce her readers with the alpha hero and his tempting ways. This time, she laid the groundwork for romance before any enticing was done. It took a bit longer for the spark to ignite, but the end result was an amazing love story. Like the elegant sagas of old, The Sheikh's Fake Fiancee has a captivating quality that lingers even as the journey ends.

I received an ARC and I am leaving a voluntary review. So who hasn't dreamt of traveling the world and while vacation having a whirlwind affair with a sexy local of what ever country you're in? Elena gets her dream and then some. She is a trip after college with her best friend when a extreme chance encounter with Asim turns her world upside down. attraction is immediate and when he asks her to pretend to be his fiancee to get his mother off he back for a week and stay in a palace, who would turn that down. Everything after is perfect rom-com magic. Nothing not to like!!!
