This is a 5th edition of his book - "Anatomy of Design". In this edition he has changed the illustrations and descriptions broadly enough to warrant the re-titleing. Turn of the century author is as relevant today, if not more so than is 1903. Exceptionally clear phrasing, easy to follow principles and a "good read" for anyone interested in developing a sense of how "Design" is related to pattern. Author covers that What, the Why, the Where and the When cuold be yesterday or tomorrow. Be careful though. You will learn something if you read this book!
