Quotes are so inspiring, story is motivating. I best line I like is, " I am at wrong place at wrong time" nothing blaming anyone, but positive response of moving forward in life. " Grab the brass and enjoy the ride".This is my second book, of pilgrim cove background by the author. I like both of them. This is more better or best😋. I relate to Rebecca in this story. I to lost my left leg below the knee but I didn't get a happy ending. It changed my life for the worse unfortunately. I try my best and do the best I can with my situation. I loved the story very much. For others out there that this happens to don't give up. As I try to do, even with everything against me and me being alone, try to find something everyday to smile about. There is always something to find if you just look for it. Laughter is the best medicine especially when nothing else works. The sun will always shine even after a storm! Great story Linda Barrett! Keep writing fantastic ones like this one! Keep smiling everyone!

About the author

Linda grew up in Queens, NY and earned her B.A. and M.S. at Hunter College. She's also lived in Massachusetts, Texas and currently resides with her husband in the Tampa, Florida area.  "Enjoying different regions of the United States has been a wonderful experience, and I've made life-long friends everywhere."
