Ratings and reviews

This book offers up an intriguing storyline and has characters you want to root for. Overall, I enjoyed this book. The story was entertaining even as it deals with some heavy subjects. I will say that I liked both characters well enough, but I do wish I had felt more of a connection between them and that there had been more relationship building between them. I am independently posting a candid review.

Has I have said before this is my favorite stories to read is when they blend fact and fiction. I have not read this author before, but I will be looking forward to seeing more from her. I do hope she continues to write about these two characters and more on their clans. I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Great read. I've never read this author before, but I look forward to reading more of her books.
