A short but very, VERY, fun read, which introduces the reader to the characters and organizations from Firebug. As many have said, you will never see a Gingerbread house in quite the same way again. I'm really looking forward to reading Lish McBride's future installments of this and the Necromancer series. Great fun.

A prequel to Firebug. You can't miss with a McBride story. Filled with unconventional dark humor and unexpected characters twists and turns. Love love.
