Story is great, this format is awful. I read it once and now it won't let me read it again! Text is VERY SMALL and unable to resize. There is also an option for audio that doesn't work! Very frustrating!

I need to contact the seller. This book is below expectations, pages are too small, I can access it only when i am connected to the wireless which doesn't allow me to read it to my students in the class, and there is no sound effects or anything special. There are many FREE books that are much more convenient, accessible and engaging. please tell me how i can get a refund?
